Terms of Service
Effective: August 9, 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and Eitan Divone, an individual based in Israel operating under the Kraitos brand and providing Hunt. Hunt provides a client-builder marketplace and, for approved builders, the Client Influx lead-research workspace. Contact support@kraitos.app with legal or service questions.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for your account, connected mailbox, API keys, activity, and the security of your devices. Notify Hunt promptly about unauthorized use.
- One person may not evade suspension, verification, suppression, or source restrictions through another account.
- Hunt may require contact, identity, work-proof, risk, or administrator verification. A verified badge confirms checks performed; it is not a performance, legality, or identity guarantee beyond the displayed checks.
Marketplace use
Clients must describe projects, privacy, budget, timeline, files, and acceptance criteria honestly. Builders must submit offers they are qualified and available to perform, protect project information, and comply with any agreed confidentiality terms. Project access and direct messaging may be limited until the required connection, offer, or detail grant exists.
Hunt provides matching, records, messaging, and workflow tools. Clients and builders independently decide whether to contract, the final scope, intellectual-property transfer, tax treatment, and any professional or regulatory requirements.
Payments and fees
- Clients may post project drafts for free.
- When a Hunt-sourced offer is accepted, the builder's account may show a manual success-fee record equal to 5% of the accepted offer price. The fee is not charged automatically unless a checkout expressly says so.
- Protected checkout, escrow, automatic release, subscriptions, and provider payouts are not active unless the relevant screen clearly identifies the provider, amount, fees, refund terms, and payment state. Until then, client-builder payments are arranged manually and Hunt does not hold funds.
- Users are responsible for taxes, invoices, currency conversion, and provider charges applicable to them. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights continue to apply and cannot be waived by these Terms.
Client Influx
- Client Influx is a research aid, not a guarantee that a lead is accurate, interested, reachable, or likely to convert. Users must review evidence before acting.
- You must use only sources and APIs you are authorized to use and follow their terms, robots rules, rate limits, platform response channels, privacy law, and professional rules.
- You must not scrape gated platforms, evade technical controls, enrich prohibited identities, or move a platform-only opportunity off-platform when its rules do not permit it.
- You may enable email outreach only after connecting a mailbox, testing it, providing accurate sender details, establishing a lawful basis, and obtaining legally required consent. A published address alone is not consent. Every opt-out, objection, bounce, and suppression must be honored.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of outbound claims, sender identification, subject lines, contact details, physical address, and unsubscribe method.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hunt for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, privacy-invasive, unsafe, malware, credential theft, spam, fake verification, manipulated reviews, or unauthorized surveillance activity. Do not upload secrets or production credentials except through a specifically designated protected field. Do not overload, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, bypass access controls, or build a competing contact database from Hunt.
User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant Hunt a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, secure, moderate, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. Ownership of commissioned deliverables is determined by the client-builder agreement and applicable law, not by Hunt.
Reports, disputes, suspension, and deletion
Hunt may review content, verification, payments, complaints, and evidence; restrict a feature; suspend an account; preserve evidence; or remove content when reasonably needed for safety, law, nonpayment, security, source-policy compliance, or these Terms. Users may contact Support to appeal. Account deletion does not erase records that Hunt must retain for disputes, fraud prevention, fees, tax, legal claims, or suppression.
Third-party services
Hunt relies on third-party identity, authentication, AI, search, email, maps, hosting, and optional payment services. Their availability and terms are outside Hunt's control. You must hold valid credentials and permissions for integrations you connect.
Disclaimers and liability
Hunt is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraitos disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct, third-party services, missed business opportunities, inaccurate AI or public-source results, indirect loss, or agreements made outside Hunt. Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and governing law
Material changes will be dated and may require renewed acceptance. Israeli law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, and jurisdictional protections that apply where a user lives. Before court proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through support@kraitos.app.
