Platform License Agreement

Subject to the Terms of Service, Hunt grants registered users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Hunt platform for lawful marketplace activity.

Permitted use

• Clients may post legitimate project requests, review builders, send messages, upload project files, and manage orders.
• Builders may maintain capability profiles, respond to matching project requests, request verification, and use approved paid Hunt engine features.
• Admins may review reports, verification requests, public profiles, disputes, and platform safety issues.

Restrictions

• You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the platform.
• You may not use Hunt to build competing databases of builders or clients without written permission.
• You may not remove notices, bypass access controls, or use another person's account.

User content

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to any project agreement between client and builder. You grant Hunt the license needed to host, display, transmit, secure, moderate, and process that content for platform operation.

Termination

Hunt may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal risk, nonpayment, or violation of platform terms. Contact support@kraitos.app for license questions.
